I think this is what bloggers want to know absolutely the sweetest when they're just getting started. Still, I recommend you first to the first, second and third reading of my blog tips. Why shall I explain in this blog post? I myself have made the (long) road to becoming more and more visitors. And how I did it, I get lots of questions! Let me just start by telling because I have a lot to explain!
Write things that people want to share
A blog that you do not find the interesting part you do not. Yet? Make sure your blog that appeals to a certain group of people, they are going to recommend your blog or a particular item to their friends! This ensures that their friends share it again, and if it appeals to them, they share it perhaps again! That way you can really reach very many people.
Of course, that's not as easy as it sounds, I can not give you a great tip that you're guaranteed a viral post. But I can give you tips to make more likely to be shared:
- Make sure your blog is easy to share. Social media buttons at your fingertips! I told the other times all internauts are lazy, when with a click to tweet your blog does this better than if they have to copy the link and myself have put lyrics. If they think they're doing me know your blog is really great - but you increase your chances if you use social media buttons.
- Without the doubt, the most important: write good content ( Blog Tips # 3 was about writing good content, so just read!)
- Keep your reader in mind, what would they like to share? That does not have to affect your entire blog (it keeps your blog), but when you start looking for inspiration, this may be a good starting point.
Do something crazy
Hear actually a bit with my previous tips, but he deserves a separate piece. Look to your Twitter or Facebook timeline. What are the links that people post? Things with catchy titles, weird things, notable events, or things that touch you emotionally.
Also, when writing an article you must go back to the purple cow, the unique idea that I was also in part 1. Certainly not always - but you want your shared item, then go looking for a unique idea. A bit unusual, especially, looking for boundaries. In addition to articles like this are more likely to read well is a great way to challenge you as a writer. Come out of that comfort zone!
But what I also want to say that Article which is often shared might be as good when you least expect it. Many bloggers will undoubtedly recognize this: an article you find yourself ordinary found exceptionally well by your readers. So good that they share it! There is nothing wrong with just staying within your comfort zone. But if you find something (idea, category or format) does not work, then it's okay to quit and go looking for something else, maybe something crazy!
the fun factor
It is very much a gunfactor how you can bring. With gunfactor, I mean that people give you as a person your blog read. They think you're a nice person! And I think everybody is a nice person, and that anyone can create that gunfactor on his blog. You just need to do something for ...
Namely, show yourself. Show your face, tell us about yourself, make a nice 'about' page also shows your personality between the lines in your articles. Personally, I think a blog difficult to build a gun factory without you even find a person behind the blog.
Interaction with other blogs (and bloggers)
There are several ways you can interact with other blogs and bloggers. Consider the following:
You leave a comment on another blog
This is the beauty/fashion / lifestyle scene a common way to get more visitors to your blog. This way only knows a manual, haha. What I would recommend is to leave valuable comments which have put your attention. I think if you stay with yourself, attention put into your responses, and something is trying to add to the article that really goes without saying.
You then automatically leave a response that people think: Gosh, who is that? What blog he/she have? How you do that is you can fill yourself, of course, the way I would do it, I said. And that's exactly the way I react when I would respond anonymously or not visitors do at my blog.
Your link to another blog
By linking to another blog notes those that visit comes in through your blog, and who knows he/she takes it a look! And if you are lucky maybe to the article linked through social media. I was not a complete write blog posts to be linked by another blogger, incidentally, but linking to one another is a very nice way to add value to each blog.
Another blog links to your blog
Basically, this is the same thing as when someone shares your link via social media. But with a blog, you communicate via the same medium which creates a bond. There is also the fun factor back into play, bloggers like to link to people. Also to blogs with good information, but rather to a blog good info with a nice person behind it.
The blogger's world is one in which many bloggers know each other. Recommends a blogger your blog, then chances are that there are more! When you get 5 visits a link may seem to have a small impact, but when it goes from 5 to 50, or 500 or even 5000, it could make a world of difference.
Two blogs, for example, my blog has helped a long way in the right direction this blog post by Miss Lipgloss and this blog post-Teskuh. (So ladies, if you read this: I do not remember, thanks!)
As I suspect it is, is that your blog is not fantastic at once and remains crowded if you get one time 5,000 visitors from a fellow blogger. You have to stay engaged with your blog interesting and keep creating great content. Linked to a helper, but it is not 'the way' to grow.
Attend social media
I've already mentioned once, but I call it again. Of course to keep everyone informed as regards the news on your blog. But also to be active as a human being, just because interaction with other people, readers, bloggers is fun!
If you do not like it enough, maybe it helps to know that you fun factor jacked up and the chance to be enlarged share (how about retweets and shares on a post with a link to your blog it?).
Befriend Google for more visitors to your blog
Usually, it is true that some of your visitors come through social media, some through referrals from other websites and then there is a part: Google. Some found your blog via Google search. And to increase that share a lot of things to consider. Very faint: but I can write about books that really does not fit all in this article is therefore about once an article, promise!
There has been online for quite a lot to find out about, so if you are curious, you can of course already looking!
Persevere and have patience
This whole article is about getting more visitors, but please: Do not dwell on it. Do not constantly at your stats if you know you're not going to do more than look at the numbers, and then be disappointed. That time could be better stabbing in writing nice things!
In a few weeks grandiose visitor that has almost none. Everyone started at 0, and that's good. The whole blogging is a good way that you can learn a lot when you are at the top is there is little to learn at once. Then you have just a lot of people who read what you write, while you do not know so well what to do.
Please be patient. For example, I now have three years working on blogging, daily online news article. Thousands of visitors every day are not 'just' come, I've worked hard for. In fact, there are a lot of bloggers who have at least as hard as I blogged but have fewer visitors.
Do not do it for the visitors, do it to go on that path in order to better writing, to find your own voice, to look at yourself, to learn to blog, to make mistakes and learn from them. And yes, maybe people will read it too, maybe they even react! But see it as a wonderful extra. Until then it's a perfect time to write through and through learning.
Quality over quantity
I just said it all: Do not dwell on your stats. 1000 visitors need not necessarily better than 100. It depends of course on what your goal is, but if you, for example, want to activate people, or would make you think, it is better to 100 people who are with you and your blog feel connected than 1000 people who click, read two counts, and then immediately click away.
Your blog is valuable to 10 people who read everything, action, maybe even write a reply or mail, with 100 people coming and immediately click away. My mom and Tim are more valuable readers (read everything from front to back and vice versa, including all responses) than those who read the title, beginning and end by watching and then 'Nice article !!! " comment. Or so immediately click away.
10 visitor may sound little but remember that real person.
And Oja: visitors also worth more to you if you write about which you want to write, and there are 10, then you write about something you totally behind it and there are 100. The visitors that best suits you and your blog pass, which is worth the most. Really, you do not stare blindly at the numbers!
What you can not do better for more visitors to your blog:
Perhaps you have seen come along a little bit, but there are things that I think you they can not do better.
- Respond as many blogs with 'what a nice blog !!! " without having read it pick you as a writer so through
- Place a link to your blog in each reaction; if this is appreciated, there is often a special compartment for
- All the visitors you're a human, not a machine
- Be a screaming billboard: everywhere on Facebook, Twitter, parties, blogs, just about your blog and how great he is talking. It's great to share your enthusiasm and a little advertising for your blog really can not hurt, but do not beat by
- Write things that you're not behind because you would like more visitors to your blog
Congratulations, you've just read an article of 2000 words! These are really things I wanted to tell all. Course, you can pick out what you want out of it, not everyone will be nice to work every tip. The principal remains that it is your blog and that you should feel good! For the bloggers among us: What is your ultimate tip, you have additions?
I have read some good stuff here. Definitely worth bookmarking for revisiting.
